That’s normal. The Clarity Blueprint stage is about exploring directions. You’ll see multiple options, and nothing moves into production until you’re confident in the story and approach.

There will always be cheaper ways to make a video. What you’re investing in is consistency, quality, and clarity. Every project in my portfolio reflects the standard you’ll receive — a polished, reliable asset that works across your sales and marketing for years.

Most projects take around 3–4 weeks once the Clarity Blueprint is complete. The overall timing depends on scope, but we’ll give you a clear schedule up front so there are no surprises.

We do not outsource any of the creative aspects of projects except in very rare circumstances. Which you will be informed of during the scoping of the project.

Yes. We can work from sketches, photos, measurements, or existing references. Accuracy level (photoreal vs. representative) affects scope/timeline.

If your timeline gets longer, that’s usually not a problem — you’ll just have the finished video ready and waiting for when you need it. If your timeline gets shorter, we can look at options like faster approvals, premium renderfarm speeds, or focusing on the most important shots first to meet the deadline.

We schedule the work on The Blueprint(25%) with an overall expected project payment of 25%

We build feedback rounds into each stage — story, visuals, animation, and final graphics. By the time you see the finished video, you’ll already have had several opportunities to guide and approve, which keeps revisions clear and manageable.

A video is a tool, not a silver bullet. Where it makes the difference is at the top of your funnel, grabbing attention, simplifying complex products, and giving your sales team a consistent, polished pitch. Paired with your marketing efforts, it helps turn interest into qualified conversations.

Repeat clients have been given the opportunity to break the final 75% into to smaller payments over several months.

We keep CAD files and technical references stored securely and never make them public. For public versions of your video, we also simplify or cut sensitive details so competitors can’t reverse-engineer your process.

Outside of a 60-minute kickoff call, most of your involvement is short email approvals that take 10–15 minutes. We structure feedback so you only review what matters at that stage, keeping things simple and low-effort on your side.

If your product is very complex and technical the communication will be more frequent but for good reasons.

We deliver finished ready to upload and view videos, photos, image sequences and anything related to the scope output. Generally the souce files that we created to complete the project is our IP and will remain so. However in some cases we can do a paid handover, just ask.

That’s why we lock the story first. The Clarity Blueprint gives you multiple narrative options to choose from before 3D work begins. If you don’t like one direction, we pivot early so production always builds on something you’re happy with.

Absolutely. Most clients use the same core video across trade shows, LinkedIn, websites, and sales presentations. We can also create shorter cut-downs for social or email campaigns, so the asset continues delivering value well beyond its first use.

I personally setup a Google Drive that you’ll have access to throughout the process, and generally I’ll leave the final deliverables in there for several months.
